Cooking a GRENADIAN Dish - Brown Stew Chicken & More!

I finally decided to take up many of my Grenadian subscribers' request and make a Grenadian dish. It may not be oil down, but I did try to make the Brown Stew Chicken that I've seen a lot of places around the island. I also attempted stewed pumpkin, rice and peas, and bakes with the help of Maggie. Watch till the end to get my roommate Kayla's opinion on it all.
