Driving a 1963 Chevrolet Corvette Split Window Coupe - Full Episode

In this episode I drive a 1963 Chevrolet Corvette stingray split window coupe. This is the only year they offered the split window, in 1964 to improve visibility they switched to a full width rear window.

The 1963 model was the first year of the new C2 body style. There are a number of quirks in the first model year that also make it fairly unique and it’s collectibility but that I personally don’t really love. I’ll talk about those as I walk around the exterior and interior of the car.

The 1963 was only offered in a small block 327 V8. While it’s smaller than the 427 big block it still put out good power.
