Kybernetes 2 - Porting from Arduino to ChibiOS

In this stream we'll be converting the motion controller code for my Robomagellan robot (Kybernetes 2) from an Arduino sketch to a ChibiOS project. The motivation for the change is primarily to check out ChibiOS, but also to take advantage of its asynchronous I2C logic for the AVR based Arduinos to enable better usage of I2C devices in the robot.
