San Diego student and father arrested after guns and explosives found at home

A San Diego student and his father were arrested after the teen allegedly planned to carry out a shooting at Rancho Bernardo High School. Authorities seized dozens of weapons including ghost guns, explosives and grenades from the teen's home.
