Arm Pump CHALLENGE - BIGGEST PUMP WINS

Today, I got together with some friends and orchestrated an Arm Pump Challenge. Basically, the challenge is whoever can get the biggest pump in an hour wins. We took measurements of our arms without a pump and once again after we finished working out to see who was victorious. I had a blast with this challenge.
