Hey good people. Back fat is always a problem for most women, including myself. In today's video I wanted to give you some back fat exercises and/or workout for women that you can do at home or in the gym. Using resistance bands has assisted me with losing fat in that trouble area. There is no one exercise you can do to get rid of that area but full body work outs help. In my thumbnail you can see my before and after back fat pictures and that was over a 5 month span. If you try these exercises let me know. Also I am not a fitness expert, I just do what works for me as a plain Jane regular girl. Thanks for watching! ❤
