Clover is a new fan-made Magic format where players build 60-card Commander decks with two twists: First, only uncommon cards are allowed, and second, you can choose one "lucky clover" spell to include four copies of.

The format has its own Game Changers list, consisting of:
Crop Rotation
Demonic Tutor
Enlightened Tutor
Glacial Chasm
Karakas
Mystical Tutor
Strip Mine
Worldly Tutor

And a Lucky Clover Restricted List, which can be in your 59 but only one copy:
Ancient Vendetta
Lobotomy
Pick the Brain
Shielded by Faith
Umbral Mantle
