A 22-year-old North Dakota man who vaped is in recovery after a double lung transplant

Jackson Allard, a 22-year old man from North Dakota. is recovering at the University of Minnesota Medical Center after having a double lung transplant. Allard initially went to the hospital over a stomach ache and later tested positive for influenza and double pneumonia.
