Based in Canada with a company watchmaking facility in the prestigious watchmaking city of La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland, Marathon Watch Company has been equipping allied armed forces as well as government search and rescue operations for 80 years. It was not until after the year 2000 did Marathon start to sell its military-designed timepieces to the general public. Today, Toronto-headquartered Marathon continues its proud tradition of manufacturing purpose-built watches and other products for a world that needs them.
