This is my very first vlog in 2020 that covers my winter trip, from Joshimath to Auli by ropeway or cable car or gondola. This was one of best experiences of my life. Luckily that day was full of snowfall. Thanks to god for that.
I came to Joshimath many times in summers due to my other trips but didn't visit Auli as there was no snow during that time period. Finally I made plan for winter trip to Auli that too in cable car with Himanshu and Nancy.

Well I can't describe that experience in words and through this video you can feel the thrill to some extent as you must visit this awesome place called Auli in winter season for full experience.

Distance from Joshimth to Auli is 16 kms by road and 4 kms by ropeway. Charges for ropeway trip from Joshimath to Auli are Rs. 1000 per person.

Auli is the best place to learn skiing in India, so if you have a short hand in skiing and want to be a pro, Auli is the right place.

If you want to stay at Auli then there are many good places including Nanda Devi Eco Tourist Resort.
