Apple dry fruit and walnuts Strudel 

We all know how to make apple strudel .today i decided to make it this way. I had all these dry fruits in my pantry so I’m using my own creation ,what I had I used.
I bought Filo pastry I thought it was the thin ones ,but end up to be the thick ones ,so I used only one at a time 
If they are thinner, you can use two at the time !

Recipe
500 g fillo pastry - kori
5-6 apples - jabolka
250 g sugar- seker
250 g dates- urmi
250 g figs- smokvi
250g walnuts- orevi
250 g semolina-griz
1 tbs cinnamon - 1 g.l cimet
2 vanilla packs- 2 vanili

For brushing
250 ml oil - maslo
1 stick unsalted butter-margarin

Description
Wash pill and chop the apples in small cubes, chopped all the dry fruit add the sugar, cinnamon and vanilla put everything together and mix it 

Melt the butter with the oil ,brush every Filo pastry with the mixture ,put the filling on the end roll it ,

brush the top, cut it before you bake it

Bake it on 400° for 15 minutes then turn it down on 350 for another 30 minutes or till Golden Brown

cover it with kitchen towel let it cool off
And sprinkle it with powdered sugar and
Enjoy it 

P.S
From the peel of the apples, I use them. I fry them with a little bit of butter, caramelize some sugar, and made them very crispy like candy.
