In this video we’re diving into the latest market stats (compiled from the MLS from June 15-July 15) and how they compare to this time last year. The current inventory on the market and total sales aren’t surprising and show a cooling market- but the median list price and months of inventory data might surprise you! This data covers multiple counties in the Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater areas.
