Busting Top 5 Fertility Myths to Help You Conceive Now - Dr. Lora Shahine
I'm diving into the truth behind five common fertility myths that may be impacting your reproductive health. This is the second video in this series.
🚫 Myth #1: "A normal menstrual cycle has to be 28 days long." Not true! Join me as I debunk this misconception and explore the variations that are perfectly normal.
🔄 Myth #2: "Regular menstrual cycles predict fertility." Well, it's a bit more complicated than that. Discover why having a regular cycle doesn't guarantee fertility and what else you should consider.
🤰 Myth #3: "Previous pregnancy means current fertility." Let's talk about the changes that can occur and why past success doesn't always indicate present fertility.
👨⚕️ Myth #4: "Testosterone will improve sperm counts in men." Spoiler alert: it won't! Learn why this belief is a red flag and what you should be aware of regarding testosterone and fertility.
⏰ Myth #5: "You have to wait a year to see a fertility specialist." Don't buy into this myth! I'll explain when it's crucial to seek help and why waiting might not be the best option.
