Fix a Sagging Bumper on an OBS 96' Ford F-350

In part one, I repair the damage from where my truck was tagged by a hit and run driver:
The bumper mounting brackets were bent, the welded frame tabs were bent, and the bumper itself was bent. All of this attributed to the bumper corners sagging down. A bit of patience and some brute force and I was able to give it a lift.
