How Fasting and Intermittent Fasting Changed My Life [Weight Loss, Mindset, Business]

In today's video, I share how fasting and intermittent fasting (IMF) changed my life [Weight Loss, Mindset, Business] with before and after photos! While the weight loss has been nice, honestly I'm most happy with the feeling of consistency and increased discipline. Prolonged fasting benefits have been wonderful for me. I try to do a 36 hour fast once a month. Do you fast or IMF? What benefits have you seen in your life?

You may have seen my other videos talking about my experience with 36 hour fasts and 48 hour fasts, but in this video I bring both my prolonged and intermittent fasts together to share my overall experience.

ALSO--Some things I didn't mention. I try to do IMF 5 days a week, and I take off on the weekends...because I GOTTA LIVE A LITTLE! Now that I feel I'm at a healthy, consistent weight, I like to sometimes add oat milk in my coffee in the am BECAUSE LET ME LIVE! lol. Also, I am a vegetarian (most of the time).
