Island of Kerrera, Scotland - 'a jewel in the Firth of Lorne'

We cross from the mainland of West Scotland near Oban to the Island of Kerrera on the smallest CalMac ferry, and make for the Lower Gylen Tea Garden. After coffee and cake we visit the atmospheric Gylen Castle before returning to the ferry for the five minute crossing back to the mainland.
