Universal Studios Orlando Weeks After Reopening | Jurassic Park Coaster Update & Meeting Characters

Come with me to Universal Studios Orlando and Islands of Adventure a few weeks after reopening. Universal Studios opened June 5th 2020. This trip we were able to see the social distancing and safety measures that were implemented in the park as well as how the virtual line system has changed the wait times for some rides. We got a better look at the construction for the new Jurassic Park coaster that has no official name yet. Over at Universal Studios we checked out Diagon Alley and got to see the dragon blow fire! Even though I did snag a virtual line pass for Hagrids over at Islands of Adventure we saw firsthand that fact doesn't illuminate a wait. I decided to give up my virtual pass as the line was too long to wait in. This visit we were lucky to meet many characters around the park including The Scooby gang, Penguins of Madagascar, Spiderman, Captain America and a few more 😉 I felt this visit about 85-90% of people were following the rules by wearing their masks compared to the 95% I felt last visit. I still feel a lot safer taking a trip to Universal Studios when compared to the other parks currently open.
