In teams, the home cooks take over the running of the Abbotsford Convent Bakery, designing a menu with the objective to make the highest profit in three hours of service. With four hours to prepare at least one savoury and one dessert item plus loaves of sourdough bread, the scale of the challenge creates some big problems!
