GTA SA RailRoad testing

Creates a new models railroad. This video a review of bugs and testing vertex prelight.
This modification is not a continuation of my mod "Railway Mod Beta" which created something similar in SFierro.
The modification will be available for installation via a modloader and is compatible with the "Contact Network" mod from SHIPSIDE. But perhaps the game map will be different and some poles and wires of the contact network will be inappropriate, since my work will change the terrain and models of tunnels throughout the state of SA.
