Messner based device.
Dusting this thing off. Not used it in quite some time. Its based on the Messner or Charles Seiler device which Patrick Kelly had on his website. I added an extra winding on the coil along with a 555 & optocoupler. I've also got a smaller version which I don't really use anymore.
