It seems like almost every single guitar company has tried to copy in some way, the LP iconic guitar style, but very few have come this close to nailing it. Here at the shop we have seen many, many (many) near misses but have not fallen in love with one so quickly or deeply as the Eastman SB59/V. Everything, top-to-bottom is a player’s dream. It feels and sounds exactly like you want it to in your head.

The SB59/V is Eastman's first solid body electric. It’s built with the quality and craftsmanship of a guitar twice its price. The one-piece mahogany neck, one-piece mahogany body, ebony fretboard and flame maple top combine to give a sturdy in-hand feel, resonance and sustain. The stunningly hand applied and aged Antique Varnish finish immediately catches the eye. Combined with ivoroid binding, aged nickel hardware, and a superbly tasteful relic job, it has the look, feel, and character of a vintage instrument. The fit, fretwork and finish are as exceptional as the design and choice of materials.

Okay, but how does it sound? - it comes with a pair of Seymour Duncan Classic 59 Humbuckers that are great for blues-rock yet versatile enough to cover almost any style thrown at it.
