Known in the Japanese version as "Swaying Shadow of GUILT".

This is a remix of the GUILT theme. I think it's awesome how they took the same track and made it sound TOTALLY different, changing it from tense (like Under the Knife's GUILT operations) to fast and frantic (like Under the Knife 2's Neo-GUILT operations).
