Massive Skin Growth on 2nd Toe

This patient continuously bumped her toe on a coffee table causing not only an ingrown toenail, but massive pyogenic granuloma to form. Dr. Freels first removes the ingrown toenail and then carefully removes the pyogenic granuloma, using silver nitrate to prevent excessive bleeding. The specimen was sent for a biopsy to rule out any malignancy. Better safe than sorry!
