In this video, our client talks about his loan process and Brint’s involvement through our mortgage broker. Michael D. hired Brint’s team to help him transition to Portugal initially. We took care of every single detail to provide a smooth transition. We worked as his Exclusive Buyer’s Agency, meaning we did the whole process, not just real estate; in his case, it was by proxy. Although he paid the majority in Cash for his Golden Visa, he still needed assistance with his loan.

We compared the offers, terms, and conditions for the best spread and interest rates and negotiated it, lowering his initial spread offer from 1.2 to 0.9.
