This is just my version how to use an oven toaster for the first time.

1. Wash the baking pan before using.
2. Plug the toaster oven into an outlet
3. Turn the control dial to 150 degree celsius
4. Heat at this temperature for 10 minutes.

or you may wash again the baking pan after pre- heating.. then you can start your first reheating pizza on an oven.
