I have been experiencing a lot of shedding in the past month, so I reached out to my mom and asked her what was her hair routine for me as a child. My mom told me one of her main products for hair health and restoration is Haitian Black Castor oil. Since I don't have access to that, I decided to use the next best thing.... Jamaican Black Castor oil. In this video you guys will see the steps I've been taking to get my hair back to a healthy and strong state.
