Ingredients:
for a 8 inches (20 cm) round cake pan

1/3 cup (50 g) corn flour
1 ¼ cups (300 ml) milk
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
7 fl oz (200 ml) whipping cream (35% fat)
14 oz (390 g) condensed milk
7 oz (190 g) grated coconut
3 eggs

Dark chocolate frosting:

3,5 oz (100 g) dark chocolate
3,5 fl oz (100 ml) whipping cream (35% fat)

Cake directions:

In a large bowl, mix the milk with the corn flour. Add the powdered sugar, whipping cream, condensed milk, grated coconut, eggs and stir until combined.
Prepare the the 8 inch (20 cm) round cake pan: grease with butter, line with baking paper and pour the batter into cake pan.
Bake in water bath at 338 F (170 C) for 1 hour and 20 minutes, covering the pan with an alluminium foil to prevent to burn the cake’s surface.
Let it cool down completely and extract from the pan.

Dark Chocolate frosting directions:

Chop the chocolate into small pieces. Put the whipping cream in a saucepan at medium heat until it becomes to boil then turn the heat off; put the chocolate pieces into the saucepan and wait for a minute.
After that, start mixing chocolate with whipping cream until it becomes a plain dark cream.

Final frosting:

Pour the chocolate frosting on the cake and with a spatula smooth the surface.
Keep it in the fridge.
