Polestar 2 charging with slow chargers - what's it like to charge the Polestar 2 at home?

While it's great to be able to charge the Polestar 2 and other electric cars using the rapid charging network at 50 or 150kg most of us will be charging our cars at home, work or on slow chargers.

This video covers the basics when trying to charge the Polestar 2 using a 3 pin, 3.7kw and 7kw charge. This information applies to many EV and electric cars but there are quite a few specifics related to the Polestar. I also discuss the Ohme charging cable that can link in with an Octopus energy tariff to help save you money.

Charging on 3.7 and 7kw chargers will often allow you to get free miles. In the UK there are many free charging options and although it might be a bit slow free charging on a 7kw charger will give you a fair few miles per hour and can save a significant amount of money!
