PC Benjamin monk found guilty of manslaughter in Atkinson case

PC Benjamin Monk, the police officer who Tasered ex-footballer Dalian Atkinson, has been found guilty of manslaughter by jurors in Birmingham Crown Court.

The 42-year-old Tasered the Villa striker for 33 seconds before he kicked him in the head twice. Atikinson's family appeared with their solicitor outside Birmingham Crown Court to make a statement.
