Icecream Sandesh Cake ~ Bhai Phota special dessert recipe @romisrecipe

IceCream Sandesh Cake  - This is one yummy recipe I always wanted to try out since I saw this on SnehaSingh's page. And here I got a chance to make this for my Brother during Bhai-Phota. And trust me this one turned out so Delicious and everyone just relished every bite of it.
👉Ingredients:
Full cream milk - 1 liter
Vinegar - 2 tsp
Powdered sugar -  4 tsp 
Milk powder - 2 tsp 
Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
Kesar colour - 1/2 tsp
Milk - 2-3 tsp
Saffron strands - 8-10
Pistachios (finely chopped)  - 1 tsp for garnishing
