FIREBIRD Pretreatment: Washer-Extractor Processing for DTG Printing

FIREBIRD Industrial Processing [FIP] changes the way the Direct-To-Garment [DTG] industry can apply pretreatment onto blank garments for digital printing.

Instead of spraying pretreatment onto each individual shirt, FIP uses a washer-extractor setup that fully immerses up to 144 shirts in pretreatment. This patent-pending technology allows for bulk processing and evenly applies pretreatment onto the whole garment.

The pretreated garment is compatible with Brother GTX(TM), Epson F2100(TM), Aeoon, and many other DTG printers.

Mix and match shirt brands, styles, and colors for each batch. From Gildan Ultra Cotton (GUC2000 and GUC5000) to Bella Canvas tri-blends to hoodies to 100% polyester A4 (N3142)shirts, the FIP system automates the pretreatment application.
