Tan sólo soy el tallo de la rama de un árbol profundo,
las flores son canciones que brotarán, se abrirán
y perfumando el mundo me olvidarán,
partirán porque están vivas…

Banana/Banano,
allá el maduro es platano macho,
leche de coco con rice and beans,
el gallo pinto es compadre del Rayo,
desde Cahuita hasta Malpaís.
