Wrapping up mayongchid (marian plum) season with no-egg, no- bake cheese pie🧡

This recipe is egg-free and oven-free — and you can switch up the fruit topping however you like! 🧡

Ingredients

Cheesecake Base
• 150g crackers
• 60g melted unsalted butter

Cheesecake Filling
• 226g cream cheese (1 pack)
• 40g powdered sugar
• 180ml whipping cream

Topping
• Mayongchid or any fruit of choice

Instructions
1. Crush or blend the crackers until fine, mix with melted butter, and press loosely into your tray. Chill for a while. (Save a little bit for sprinkling on top later)

2. Mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

3. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.

4. Layer the cream mixture over the chilled base, add a layer of mayongchid, then another layer of cream and repeat. Chill in the fridge overnight.

5. Scoop, sprinkle with reserved cracker crumbs, and serve! 🧡🎂
