Replace an old and leaking kitchen faucet. Purchased parts from Fresno Ag and tenant had purchased the faucet from Home Depot.

The bottom of the faucet was rusted badly into the position that it was in. The screws holding it in place were also rusted and would not move. The unit had to be cut from the top and safely removed before a new faucet could be installed.

This was caused by a leak going on for much longer than it should have. If you notice a leak that water causes a lot of damage under the kitchen sink and to the countertops.

We added silicone and caulking as needed to the cracks on the countertop and kitchen sink once the insulation was complete.
