I Gained 14MPH of Swing Speed Using Only AI

I gained 14 mph of driver swing speed in a single range session — and the only coaching I got was from AI. I uploaded my swing to Google Gemini and just did whatever drills it recommended. Here's what happened.

In this video I set up my Rapsodo launch monitor, took a few baseline driver swings (99 mph), and then asked Gemini to analyze my swing and tell me how to increase my speed. It recommended a step drill to improve ground force and sequencing, plus a swoosh drill to train release point. After working through both drills, I uploaded my improved swing back to Gemini for a second round of feedback — this time it had me focus on posting up on my lead leg, a lateral bump, and a jump drill. By the end of the session I was consistently hitting 110-113 mph.

Could AI actually replace a real golf coach? Probably not. But for free, instant feedback with real drills that actually work — I was honestly surprised how effective it was.
