TPU recreation, Pancake Coil, not OU

I can tell from the bulb the power is great. When I measure it all seems to show what is expected, but I'm still not convinced, help me understand. Next step is to cap dump it. Where there's a will there's a way. I measured it wrong, if you can tell the error you got smarts. Not over unity. Still like this design though, will keep working
