Life with Grace is easy because we are in it and made for it. Once you realize this truth, you are in your mother’s cradle regardless of the situation. Ignorance of this truth is the reason for pain. Our lives are entangled with the lies of demonic systems. Knowing the truth behind our situations is painful. Reading Christusway reflections daily will help you connect with the truth. The more you embrace the truth, the more rest you will find.

1 Corinthians chapter 15 verse 10, But by the grace of God I am what I am, and his grace to me has not been ineffective. Indeed, I have toiled harder than all of them; not I, however, but the grace of God [that is] with me.

Grace is the fuel for every human endeavor. Demonic elements cunningly manipulate, steal this, and enslave us to survive. Demonic systems like paid propaganda, toxic social media feeds, relentless work pressure, irritating interactions, fatigue, financial strain, and other disturbances are all means used to trigger impulses. Impulsive reactions to demonic systems drain our energy, leading to imbalance, scarcity, and a cycle of blame.While a conscious reaction to impulses results in a blessing.

Matthew chapter 11 verse 29, Jesus said, 'Take my yoke upon you , you will find rest for yourselves. For my yoke is easy, and my burden light.'

We are created to live a conscious living. A conscious approach to life called sound reason can change everything.

True human pain is experienced only when friendship with God is lost. While Baptism restores this relationship, sin and demonic distractions hinder it, driving us toward worldly pursuits.

To keep on the friendship with Lord, we need to maintain state of Grace.
Three essentials to maintain a state of grace: a sound reason, an upright heart, and an awakened soul.
1.Engage in 10 minutes of daily ChristusWay reflections to foster sound reason, aiding in the evolution beyond lower consciousness to distinguish true impulses from demonic ones. These reflections integrate the Rosary, sacraments, sanctifying grace, scripture, tradition, Mother Mary, and the Saints.
2.Pray three rosaries for an upright heart: one personal, one integrated with daily household activities, and one family rosary.

3.Daily sacramental life for life to the soul and awaken it to God’s grace.

4.Charity, patience, alms giving (time, talent, money), and intercession for the needy, especially for souls in purgatory.

Our minds are designed to pursue the divine within the heart; otherwise, we settle for chasing the vanity of worldly things. In Luke chapter 10 verse 41, Jesus said , “Martha, Martha, you are anxious and worried about many things. There is need of only one thing. Mary has chosen the better part and it will not be taken from her.”
