Usually these cookies are made in Christmas when the weather gets colder. These Pryaniki are very easy to do with a few ingredients just keep always flour next to you as the dough is very sticky. ►Ingredients For Cookies:
•100g All Purpose Flour - ½ cup + 2 tbsp
•220g Sugar - 1 Cup
•200g Milk - ¾ cup + 1 tbsp
•35g Sunflower Oil - 2 tbsp + 2 tsp
•1 Egg Yolk
•250g All Purpose Flour - 1 ½ cups + 1 tbsp
•50g Cocoa Powder - ¼ cup + 3 tbsp
•1 Pinch Salt
•5g Baking Soda - 1 Tsp
•15g Baking Powder - 3 Tsp

►Ingredients For Glaze:
•1 Egg White
•150g Icing Sugar - 1 Cup
•2 Tsp Lemon Juice
