Slurpee Waves return to Nantucket in this rare video
Photographer Jonathan Nimerfroh captured the rare Slurpee Wave natural phenomena off Nantucket, MA once again at Nobadeer Beach on Jan. 2, 2018. Despite air temperatures in the teens and the water temperature hovering around 36-degrees, surfers Jamie Briard and Nick Hayden braved the slushy surf.
