Leg day:
1. BB back squats-building to heavy 1 RM-15,10,6,3,2,1,1 (reps per set)
2. BB Hiptrusts 4x12-15
3. Heavy Bulgarian split squats 4x12
4. Leg extensions SS lying hamstring curl 4x12-15 last set for both exercises is a double dropset
