Crispy Pata In Turbo Broiler

There are many ways in cooking crispy pata but I like to cook it in Turbo broiler. Because its less oily and messy.

Ingredients:
1 pc pork pata ( front )
3 tbsp salt
4 pcs bay leaves
1 tablespoon peppercorn
2 pcs star anise
5 cloves garlic
2 medium size onion
2 tablespoon of ground pepper

Procedure:
1. Rinse with clean water (pork pata front).
2. In a pressure cooker pour clean water enough to cover the pata.
3. Add salt, bay leaves, star anise, garlic and onion.
4. Bring to boil, start timing when valve starts to sizzle for 30 minutes.
5. After 30 minutes, pat clean paper towel to dry. Poke pata using fork. Set aside for 30 mins.
6. Rub salt, group black pepper and brush oil.
7. Set 250° for 40 mins each side
