Assalam o alaikum Lovely Family. After much requests, mama dearest finally got around to making our famous Spicy Lamb Katlama recipe to share with you all! This is Mamas own recipe from scratch, made from fresh and authentic ingredients...we definitely love these!

So wait no longer and get making.. this lovely and tasty recipe which takes a lot of effort but every bite is worthwhile Alhumdulillah!

Ingredients:
(Makes 9 Katlamas)

2 Large Onions
Green Chillies: 5
Lamb Mince: 1.5kg
Garlic cloves: 5
Ginger cubes: 3
Zeera: 1tsp
Coriander Powder: 1tsp
Salt: 2tsp
Chilli Flakes: 2tsp
Chilli Powder: 1tsp
Garam Masala: 1tsp
Methi: 1tsp
Fresh Coriander: handful

Pastry Dough:
Plain Flour: 2 Mugs
Self Raising Flour: 2 Mugs
Salt: 1tbsp
Oil: 2 tbsp
Water: As required
