AI-Assisted Access Development: The Tool Stack

I built DevPulse to measure activities in a development project where I teamed up with an AI Agent.

What tools did the DevPulse project use? HOW did Claude Code and I use those tools?

The answers are in the extended demo in this video.

I recorded 3 typical sessions with my AI assistant.

1. Planning. An abbreviated planning session in which the AI developed a build plan.
2. Design. A short session in which the AI examined existing database schema and created a new schema for the new module.
3. Build. The AI was turned loose to build the schema.

We encountered Context Resets and Revision Cycles along the way. The AI introduced data requirements I hadn't even thought of myself.

The camera also captured typical interactions between the human PM and the AI Developer.

I realize 45 minutes is a big ask. I think, though, that if you are still wondering whether AI can work for you, this demo can help you decide if you think it will be worth it.
