Projekat Porto Novi - Montenegro II Faza

Project Porto Novi is one of the most important projects in Montenegro. Considering it is one of the biggest projects, along with the highway and Lustica which are currently underway, the public has been informed of it. We were hired by Entext Engineering and have been working under contracts for Turkish companies Pizzaroti and Starlandscape. The work consisted of two phases. We are just completing phase two which includes work on the main communication pathways throughout the area of 30.000 square metres in total.
The paths or cobbled road which covers the cables throughout the entire area of Porto Novi is a fabricated concrete material named Oblak coming from Logatec, Slovenia. This product has proven to be one of the best in this category. Due to the dynamics of work and speed needed to set this product and in order for the work to be finished on time, this was one of the major reasons we got this contract. A major feature of this product, which I wish to emphasize, is that the surface layer is 100 percent slip resistant quartz and the colour was not gained through painting but through a chemical reaction and thus it remains solid.
There are three kinds of plates each 6 cm in thickness and as such they are certified and categorised as road traffic suitable. I would mention products we used: Porfido, Pietra and Capri. Capri is the main pavement plate for pedestrian traffic and it is the biggest in size. Pietra and Proofed are used for traffic lanes and are made of cobbled material.

Projekat Porto Novi jedan je od najvažnijih projekata u Crnoj Gori. S obzirom da je to jedan od najvećih projekata, zajedno sa autoputem i Lušticom koji su trenutno u toku, o kome je javnost obaviještena. Angažovani smo od strane kompanije Entext - inženjering a radove smo izvodili na osnovu potpisanih ugovora sa turskim kompanijama Piceroti i Star Lens Cape. Radovi su se izvodili u II faze. Upravo do ljeta 2021. godine završavamo drugu fazu koja uključuje rad na glavnim komunikacionim putevima na cijeloj površini od 30.000 kvadratnih metara.
Staze i kaldrmisani popločani su kroz cijelo naselje Porto Novog sa pločama i kockama po imenu Oblak koji dolazi iz Logatca, Slovenija. Ovaj proizvod se pokazao jednim od najboljih u ovoj kategoriji. Zbog dinamike radova i potrebne brzine za ugradnju ovog proizvoda a sve da bi posao bio završen na vrijeme, ovo je bio jedan od glavnih razloga zašto što smo dobili ovaj ugovor. Glavna karakteristika ovog proizvoda, koju želimo da naglasimo, da je površinski sloj kvarc i otporan na klizanje a boja nije stečena farbanjem već hemijskom reakcijom i tako ostaje čvrsta.
Postoje tri vrste ploča debljine 6 cm i kao takve su sertifikovane i kategorisane kao pogodne za drumski saobraćaj. Pomenuli bi proizvode koje smo koristili: Porfido, Pietra i Capri. Kapri je glavna trotoarska ploča za pješački saobraćaj ona je najveće dimenzije dok su Pitrea i Porfido kladrmskog tipa i ugrađuju se na kolovoznim trakama.
