Hello, I am Clark, the current Chair for the Missouri Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (MCDHH). MCDHH wants to share with you that we are thrilled to be working towards developing a Strategic Plan. Our goal at the end of this process, is to have a clear direction in how we connect with and serve Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and DeafBlind Missourians.
MCDHH is partnering with Innivee Strategies, a deaf-owned consulting agency, specializing in strategic planning with organizational leadership involving community engagement striving for effective change.
From this partnership of MCDHH and Innivee Strategies, MCDHH hopes to develop a roadmap that guides MCDHH to success, improved networking in our communities and better services for you!

Hello, I am Shane Feldman, CEO of Innivee Strategies. We are working closely with MCDHH developing their new Strategic Plan. This process will be inclusive, accessible, and collaborative. The goal is to have a plan based on the life experiences of those who are Deaf, DeafBlind and Hard of Hearing in the state of Missouri.
Strategic planning is dependent on feedback from the community through surveys and focus groups. Feedback is data and will be confidential. Information gathered during these activities will be summarized in data reports.

Those involved in MCDHH’s Strategic plan will be members of the community, people who serve the community, professionals who provide support and services, and other stakeholders who are impacted by the work and service of MCDHH.
The plan will be founded on MCDHH’s guiding principles of leadership, innovation, equality, and public service based on public trust.
It is imperative to collect different perspectives of our community to assist MCDHH in developing priorities based on the feedback we receive from you.
