Resolved: EA App Not Launching Games (Battlefront 2 Fix)

Having trouble launching games with the EA App, especially Star Wars Battlefront 2? You're not alone—and in this video, I’ll show you the quick and easy fix that worked for me. If the game won’t open or nothing happens when you click “Play,” this might be the solution you're looking for.

After modding Battlefront 2 or other games, things can get dicey with the EA App—but this simple fix may be all you need.

Fix Overview:
Just search in the windows search bar “Edit the system environment variables” on your PC, go to Environment Variables, and delete the entry called "Game_DATA_DIR" (if it exists) and restart your computer. That’s it!

Works for: Battlefront 2, and possibly other EA games affected by broken game paths.
