Senior Body Sculpting Seated Cardio + Air Punches

Senior Body Sculpting LIVE is a 60-75 minute virtual low-impact, functional training workout for adults aged 55 & up. Senior body sculpting will help seniors identify their health and wellness goals and provide them with the opportunities necessary to meet those goals. Improving strength, balance, and endurance improves the quality of life and reduces the number of visits to the doctor’s office.

NOTE: For equipment, 2 dumbbells (1-5lbs) are recommended. If you don't have 2 dumbbells you can use 2 can goods, 2 soda cans or 2 water bottles.
