For years, my fellow New Yorkers have been surprised and delighted by 'flower flashes.' I tracked down the man who's responsible for these dump trucks full of daises and trash cans full of roses: Lewis Miller! And on Valentine's Day 2022, he let me crash one of his flashes at New York's Rockefeller Center!
