Ryan and Sara Hall: 16 Mile Tempo Run

With 4 weeks to go before her marathon debut, we catch up with Sara Hall and her significant other Ryan on Valentine's Day as they test her fitness at sea level with a 16-mile tempo run. With the help of her agent and friend Josh Cox, we provided fluid support on this warm Valentine's LA morning and documented some of their run.

Follow them both on March 15th as they race the Los Angeles Marathon!
