Via ferrata degli alpini from start to finish.
Part 1/3: from the parking area in piazzale Dante to the end of the first part of the route.
Part 2/3: the vertical part of the via ferrata.
Part 3/3: from the exit of the via ferrata to where the route begins.
Start point: Piazzale Dante in Castelnovo ne' Monti in the province of Reggio Emilia (Italy).
Level: medium
Description: The via ferrata is relatively short and can be completed even if you only have half a day available. Temperatures can be very high due to the low altitude. The via ferrata, although its medium difficulty, has a significant verticality; it is therefore advisable not to underestimate the difficulty of the route and be careful to accompany “novice” climbers on it.
